Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of revenue generation and ensure Biuda meets and exceeds financial targets.
- Develop and execute aggressive business development strategies tailored to the EdTech space.
- Identify, pursue, and close partnerships with schools, institutions, and organizations.
- Build and manage a strong, consistent, and high-value sales pipeline.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to conversion and retention.
- Drive and supervise the performance of the sales/marketing team.
- Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
- Collaborate with production to align offerings with market demand.
- Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Age range: 25 - 34 years.
- Preferably male.
- Kwara-based candidates preferred (Ilorin).
