This is not just a sales role — it is a leadership position responsible for driving measurable financial performance and positioning Biuda for long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue generation and ensure Biuda meets and exceeds financial targets.
  • Develop and execute aggressive business development strategies tailored to the EdTech space.
  • Identify, pursue, and close partnerships with schools, institutions, and organizations.
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent, and high-value sales pipeline.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to conversion and retention.
  • Drive and supervise the performance of the sales/marketing team.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with production to align offerings with market demand.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Age range: 25 - 34 years.
  • Preferably male.
  • Kwara-based candidates preferred (Ilorin).
